We offer full refunds for programme cancellations made at least 14 days before the scheduled start date. Cancellations within 14 days of the start date may result in reduced refunds depending on our preparation costs.
To cancel or request a refund, contact us in writing at info@hipdetoxia.world or by phone at +61 3 9824 5671. Include your name, programme date, and reason for cancellation.
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days of cancellation approval. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

If we need to reschedule or modify a programme due to circumstances within our control, we will work with you to find an alternative date or provide a full refund.
Refunds are not available based on participant satisfaction, engagement levels, or perceived outcomes. Our programmes are educational and results depend on individual participation and effort.
These terms do not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Consumers are entitled to a remedy if goods or services are supplied that are not of acceptable quality, not fit for purpose, or not as described.
If you believe you are entitled to a refund not covered by this policy, contact us to discuss. We aim to resolve disputes fairly and in accordance with relevant consumer legislation.
